TSK5 Heat meter

Purpose

TSK5 heat meters are intended for measurement and regulation of heat medium and heat energy parameters in water and steam heat consumption systems.

Application field

TSK5 heat meters are used for commercial accounting at large consumer's side as well as heat sources: TPP, boiler houses, central heating stations and others objects.

Heat meter structure

Heat meters consist of the following functional modules:
  • Heat amount calculation unit-5.  Calculation unit power supply is from AC 220 V mains;
  • Up to eight copper or platinum resistive temperature transducers with nominal resistance 50, 100 or 500 Ohm;
  • Up eight transducers with output pulse and count (frequency) signal with frequency up to 1,000 Hz.

- Electromagnetic – PREM, "EMIR PRAMER-550";
- Vortex-type - VEPS, VPS, DRK-V, METRAN-300PR, DRG.M, EMIS-VIKHR;
- Ultrasonic – "PRAMER-510", UF 001, UF 500, URS 002, UZR-V-M, AKU-STRON, UZS-1, UPR-1, URSV VZLET MR, AC-001, SRKD, US 800, UFM005;
- Velocity-type - VST, VMH/VMG, ETK/ETW Vodouchet, MNK/MTK/W Vodouchet, TEM.

  • Up to eight pressure transducers with output DC current signal 0(-5), (0-20) or (4-20) m;
  • Up to four differential pressure transducers based on standard diaphragm with output current signal in (0-5), (0-20) or (4-20) m ranges; Possibility to extend flow rate measurement range by using two variable difference flow meters on a single pipeline. Herewith, flow rate measurements are assured under GOST 8.586.

General technical specifications

Heat meters ensure measurement, and recording heat medium and heat energy parameters in 1 - 8 pipelines, their average hourly, average daily and resulting values as well as accrued operating time and duration of contingency situations during its operation. Archive depth -45 days.
Heat meters ensure recording of specified information on external devices (printer, PC etc) via RS232, RS485, Centronics interface.
